Advaith Anand, Class of 2026
Advaith will be attending the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences and Business Administration
"The community I found at Monta Vista made my experience throughout these four years so memorable. Bonding over the difficulties of high school brought us closer together, and that is something that I will deeply cherish. My advice to underclassmen is to always take opportunities that come your way, keep an open mind, and explore various fields and subjects, because the version of yourself you become through those experiences is oftentimes not one you could have ever planned for."
Lauren Moore, Class of 2026
Lauren will be attending Rutgers University--Newark, majoring in Criminology
"High school is not an individual sport. It's not about winning or having the highest of anything. Instead, high school is about the impact you have on those around you and the legacy you leave behind. As I leave, I think about those who had the biggest impact on me: my friends, family, and teachers. The constant and unwavering support I was given by those close to me remains my reason for everything. My advice to incoming freshmen is a simple one, and one that they’ve probably heard before: have fun."
